Hey, these are the ones you posted on the Yahoo site!
Quite a good piece of work indeed

G6 is a good one, it just has kept slipping off my mind...
Too bad, that is a really tough one

Your UCAV and HUMRAAMs are as good as they were! And as to the EFV; well Ididn't even know it had been termed EFV, so I won't challenge you on this one!

I promised myself I would have a further look at this SLAT version you made, but I just haven't had time yet!

And, well, apparently we've been working at cross-purposes on the Avenger, LOSAT and EFOGM. But when I started these I had to rework the whole Hummer range from the bottom up, since they were about 25% too big!
Hence the difference!

So I guess it is up to what anyone feels like doing: adding new icons in the existing series or replacing the whole batch.

keep up the good work!

Regards,

Plasma

It took me forever to find an overhead view of the G6. I sometimes just alter existing icons if they are close to what I need (Shhhh...don't tell anyone).

Yeah, I decided to keep the Hummer 'big' look. They're easier to work with.

I prefer my LOSAT in the raised position, though it does look odd when moving.

Also, I had to redo the tan icons because of the new palette for WinSPMBT.

I may end up using your Hummers if I decide I like the realistic size. My eyes aren't what they used to be, though.

Don't repeat it, but I do the same... Except I tend to bicker it all down to scraping TINY bits so no one will see it
Ssssh, we're both scavengers pretending to be artists but who cares?

Well I started doing Avenger at first on the old basis, but when I started with pickup variants from scaled-down drawings, I noticed something was wrong...

You mean the EFOGM? If so, I can tell you that was tough work until I saw live firing picture from the Japanese Type-96 MPMS firing at a ~30° angle. There were pics from EFOGM with rocket pod in this position, so I decided it was much easier to render something correct than with the launcher raised
I'm still not quite satisfied with the triangle shadow, but well...
If you're really talking LOSAT, weell I didn't notice there WAS a raised position...

Did you? Were you having trouble with your old ones? Though the standard .shp pack doesn't seem to have changed
Woops, I better have a check...

Seen me Wiesels? The tiny German paratroop support stuff.
I wonder why I bothered drawing the camo pixel by pixel and shading all the facettes, the body is 23 pxl long!

Right, EFOGM. I've only seen it in the fully upright position. May have to change that now.

Shouldn't think so, from what I gathered of the future US doctrine, this one can stay vertical-launch ithout worry. That is just the Japanese versio that I saw angle-fired:

BTW, this one doesn't figure in the Japanese oob yet

Do you have your icons integrated into your oobs? And if so, could you post them here?

Mainly yes, but I would have to check what was changed in the oobs since the DOS version.

But with SA-10, Hummer, VAB, XA-180, ec, that changes some dozens of oobs.
I'll have to check it all with the latest oob files.
