I really enjoyed the cards. Sent one to an enemy today on PBW that I had not seen in a while. I thought someone had beaten him to a pulp before I had gotten the chance. Just wanted to let him know that I cared.

There are instructions in Viewer3Intro.htm
Just put all files in ‘Space Empires IV\Manual’ and open Viewer3.htm
It doesn't seem to work in every computer, I hope it works in your system
