Can´t we move to a server with 48 hour fixed/quick hosting some time now? Pasha does a really good job hosting, but he can´t be online all the time and the current 2 turns/week pace is pretty slow.

It'd have to be fixed hosting, imo, else everyone is eagerly looking to see what nations are holding up the game, and then associate the nations with the players.
