"planting" things might not be the best idea. it would immediatly let the person know that someone is screwing with them, and that they have an outside problem.
what you need, is a method to make things fall appart on their own. sadly, im too nice to ever think of such things.
i guess she wouldnt have a place to work anymore, if you burned down her office when she is out sick or on vacation. if you kept doing this everytime she got a new job, it might look a bit suspicious.
that last bit was a joke...
