Changes made to the ver 2.0 code mean that scenarios made with version 2.0 will NOT work in earlier versions of the game. This is not a deliberate attempt to force people to install the patch it is the result of changes made to improve the game. We expect that the vast majority of people will want to upgrade to the latest version of the game and you MUST do so to play any sceanrio built with ver 2.0

Also, as a general reminder.. if you are in the middle of playing a PBEM game installing the ver 2.0 patch WILL kill that game. This is true for all patches and updates, you should always finish a PBEM before installing **ANY** patch of upgrade
