Where Is The New Patch

Does anyone know the status of the new patch for SE IV which has been promised for well over a month (suppose to be out in September) and nothing has shown up?

I appreciate that there was an update promising the patch in September; but, we are fast approaching the middle of October and nothing to show for it.

Well as you are probably well aware September through a lot of folks in the States for a loop .

There has been a delay but the patch is being actively tested.
