NOTHING is wrong with Kilrathi Clan as your empire name. You just need to create your own *.emp file, using the Aquilaeian shipset for your games.
You don't neet to upload the Kilrathi Clan to PBW as shipset, with the same pictures that currently have the Aquilaeian.
Maybe I'm missing your point.
