Re: Yuuzhan Vong
Quite nice indeed.
Have you checked out the new Star Wars roleplaying game that was just published a few months back?? (Think Wizards of the Coast did it.) There is some great Vong material in there.

No, I those things are hard to get round here and tend to have exhorbitant prices that I'm not interested in paying since I don't play rpgs.
But I've seen some fan-made web pages that copy some material from them.

Re: Yuuzhan Vong
I've been out of the Star Wars thing for too long! I'm entirely fascinated again with this new threat!
After reading up on them, maybe you can get Alpha Kodiak to whip up some nasty AI or maybe the guy who did the United Floral Empire. It'd be kinda fun!

Did you try them?
Although it can still be improved, I think the AI I half made half copied is working fine. What are you opinions?
Anyone have a colection of Vong quotes?
They are using a copy of Ixaris speech, but it could be enhanced with some adapted quotes or made up stuff.
Something that reflects their hatred for machines and their religious beliefs.

Huh? the United Flora doesn't have any AI that's worth mentioning. I remember finishing a crappy speech file and making some small changes to some copied AI Ukratal files, like adding plague bombs very early in their designs and research but that was for patch 1 or 2... I'm not even sure if I ever uploaded that.
If someone has an AI, but needs a shipset, you can use the United Flora though.
