Will there be something similar to PBW.cc for SEV ? Even if we use the torrent that was discussed some days ago, there still needs to be a platform which processes turns and msgs player ?

I just bumped an earlier thread about a .NET server and client for SE V.

There's been some discussion of adding SE V support to the current PBW site, but no one has had the time to code the necessary changes.
