Hmm, could you please elaborate more ?, i am new to the game and also english is not my mother language . where is the cease fire option ? and why in neutral space ?, i have to say that all the ministers setting are computer controlled except for politics , infact what i'd like to know is teh step by step things to do .. and thanks for replying so fast ...
