NEVER MIND.... Of course, right after I make the post, I figure it out by myself!
OK: SPOILER ALERT: Don't read on unless you want the "hook" for how to win this scenario.
Turn 1: build a Mystic. The key is his 2nd WIND ability... that is no surprise. And I used it many times in my losses! BUT...
Turn 2: move the Mystic 2 boxes N of the capitol. Create an Ogre. End turn.
Turn 3: From now on, YOU CAN PRODUCE TWO UNITS PER TURN. Leave the Mystic N of the capital: Move the unit ON the capital OFF, usually to go fight an enemy, create a unit (a mix of mostly ogres, but some Dragons and a few more mystics too), then immediately ACTIVATE that unit, move it, and then create a 2nd unit on that SAME turn. This is the way to get sufficient numbers fast enough to defeat the Dwarve's quick build up. DOOOOHHHHH!!!!!
