Trouble connecting to mp games | resolved - Page 2

Isn't connecting to a blitz server connecting to a MP game? As in, everything about it is equal? Isn't blitz just the name for the gameplay style - as in fast turns many done in rapid succession - and it's from the machine's point of view exactly the same as any internet connected MP?

i forgot to mention this, slipped my mind, but i figured out why the game was not connecting. the ip i was seeing was my local ip. i used an online tool to tell me what my actual ip was. if youre having this problem, a simple google search ought to turn up such a tool, i dont have the link at the pc im on unfortunately.
