No admin access to install anything. I download on my work PC then transfer to my Flashdrive to take it home. I live a in a rural area and have no Broadband at my house.  |

Utorrent doesn't need to be installed. You just run it.
Might get in trouble for sapping your work's bandwith, though.

Utorrent has two options, an installer download and the direct download of the single-file application. Choose the latter, without the installer. It'll mean a little more hunting for the "open with" menu on the .torrent file, but you don't actually need to install utorrent.

I have used Utorrent a couple of times and I have to say that it has worked very well for my needs.

I used it to transfer very large AVI files. It worked very well for that purpose and I didn't have to worry about email clogs, or breaking the files into small 5meg peaces.
