Dom 9 or Dom 10?

I ran a test with an Ancient Kraken at Dom 9. I couldn't get mine killed either against indies, and I was trying. It does get a lot of afflictions, but it has recuperation, so not that big of a deal there.

It seems to be the pretender of choice for EA water nations. Now, Kraken vs. Kraken, that's what I want to see

Was just adding a couple of new titles (I realized that many of the new nations like bandar and agartha doesn't have national titles) when I found some other nice dom10 titles that had other criteria as well:
- Most Evil Mind
- the Creator of all Life and Existance (if you ever see this one you can safely assume the pretender is imprisoned)

I guess there are about 5-10 dom10 titles.
