I wanted to apologize for not not taking good care of Arco lately. I have
been unable to handle all the diplomacy, and even stalled once or twice.
My job has taken a lot of my time, lately, and this particular game is suffering.
Not that I am doing poorly or anything... Would you guys terribly mind if I let
a friend take over? He is a MP newbie, but not terrible or anything.

Welcome to the game, Nikolai.  I think you just stalled a turn. I'd be careful about that in the future as it hurts your position and also slows the game down for everyone.
