R'lyeh (MA, LA) Star Children. Jomon has Ninjas.

Mictlan (EA, LA) has rather nasty summonable ones; blood also lets you forge Black Hearts to give to stealthy units (with other plausible possibilities for this including EA Vanheim, Pangaea, and LA Ulm).
