You can tell it by, first, him never sending turns in before the timer runs out in LlamaServer. Second, you can tell it by going to Admin options and checking Staling data (same LlamaServer thing). You'll see Fomoria has 3 stales in a row, and he hasn't said a word about going anywhere or doing anything. Plus, he's the Admin, which means we can't push the timer off anywhere.

You won't get a "Someone has staled" news thing ingame. Only the staler gets that info.
