To preserve the accuracy of the historical record: I believe Pan was the very first one to be attacked in Testament of Blood. Pan was definitely attacked before Machaka, to the best of my knowledge.

Without fighting, Dom3 would just be a really weird version of SimCity. Your enemies are looking forward to more tricks and surprises.
