Here be the 4-view of T-72 early model, you'll notice it's pretty close in fact. Atleast IMO.

Btw the APG T-72 seems to be a M1, a tad different turret shape to the original T-72...

Just curious, is the T-72 going to be altered for the fall patch? It would look really sharp

and it would only take "one pixel"

I don't see much of a problem with current T-72 icons turret shape. It does have an egg shape, as you can see in these blueprints.
