interesting. sounds like a bug.
please clarify:
the new colony does have population on it (eg, the pop cargo was successfully loaded)
are you using the 'colonize' order for a ship, or are you useing the 'colonize' button in the PLANETS screen? either way, the game should enter orders for the ship that look like 'load cargo'; 'go to location'; 'colonize'. these should be the same orders you would enter manually.
is this a simultanious turn bug, or a turn-based bug?
