viewing orders after starting the game

I seem to recall in ATF, I could use the pull-down menus to view the orders at any time after I started the game. I believe I could also print the orders while viewing them.

In BGC1, the orders display, then you enter the game, but I can't see anywhere to view them. Or, when viewing them at the start I can't see any way to print them. Right-clicking on the text area doesn't do anything.

Any ideas? Can I access the orders from outside the game so I can print them?

The orders are stored as html files in the data folder. You can open them in any web browser like any other webpage.
