It would
lose any snow vehicle bonus, if classed as one of the MPV classes. And vice versa. There is no "snow vehicle MPV" class - and all 255 unit class slots of that byte are utilised.
SP attributes come from unit
class - not a data byte.
(Same as some in the Scandinavian OOBS that are utilised in some other class - like the UK SP mortar version - also lose the snow vehicle movement bonus in the white fluffy stuff. Those are no longer snow vehicles to the game. )
