Right now that mod is unusable. You should correct .dm file. It needs work on all .tga links - / not \ and cap letters where needed, otherwise game won't let it work. It needs nation text parsed etc etc.

Interesting... there's a version on llamaserver at the moment which seems to be doing okay. I'll put a bunch of work into it and post something.
