Actually its realy not that hard...find a vet that has done this a number of times (POST in the MP forum you will get someone right away) about the time it hosts (or force hosing) and put his email in. turn hosts and when the next turn comes the nation is AI.

I have myself done this a number of times for games.

And YES it isn't good for anyone in the game to do it for reasons already stated
