Two points

Holy War wasn't enabled last time. Looks cool - would like to check it out.

The map is missing a connection from 71 - 85 making 71 a virtual fishbowl (a water province w/no water neighbors). I know that can be fixed if you do it before we start.

And yes, fixing problems like that with the map would be nice.
