Rumors of alliances and plots, suggestions for war from other nations have arrived and been dispatched, yet the world appeared to be strangely quiet.
With no nation obviously weak enough to be easy pray, the pretenders eye each other warily while the tension builds, trying to anticipate who will be the first to act. |
