yea probably that's it. Hmm still I read somewhere in this topic about the astral weapons not working as they should be but I am in no way able to judge if that is so or not(since I havent seen the battle). Also I was just under that impression (lately I didn't have much time to read in the forum so my comment was based on the cases where people have been complaining about it)but I guess it is as you said due to outdated mod version.

OK I will enquire along the lines mentioned by Llamabeast.

Regarding CPCS: I really like the concept. It adds a lot of depth and diversity to cambat magic, especially in that early/mid-game phase that has less diversity in combat spells. In terms of implementation, I have the following comments:
- some "fire" spells should be AP instead of AN, this is too important a difference (comment already made by someone)
- there is something wrong with "anger of god" which often gets cast by the AI although it is totally irrelevant, range-wise especially.
