My apologies to the rest of the players for losing my cool and lowering myself to ghoul's venomous level.

I believe I have made my point. I never expressed an issue with others declaring war. I have merely asked folks to honor naps and I have still worked diplomacy. Why? Compare score graphs of this game to evil_clowns. That is a game where the winner is truly in a dominating position. The difference between this game and others? All 5 opponents have formidable armies. Even tir na has somewhere on the order of 15 SCs. I don't envision anywhere close to 115 provinces in 5 turns. But then, some people like to just spew venom and nonsense.
