I do believe that you should limit the information to just sensors, for the sake of simplifying things.

Perhaps the quantum reactor info will fit better under a different section, such as:
I. DESIGNS AND COMPONENTS
a. SHIP COMPONENTS
b. FLEET COMPONENTS
1) Quantom Reactor
