Hmmmmmmmm...

Probably better if the player had to have a colony and was alone in the system with no enemy colonies/ships there...otherwise we may have mass changes of names....

When you rename a planet. Will the other empires see it as the name you made it or the default? By renaming importen Worlds am I labeling what world should be attacted?

Yes. That's why few people do it. Even if you're cute and rename your planet something boring, the fact that you took the time is a dead giveaway. Unless you rename every planet, but who would take the time.

Note when you get a military alliance, resupply bases are known to your ally. When they declare war, all the little "R"'s disappear, but really, are you gonna scrap them and build them elsewhere

Simple solution: I build a Resupply Base alongside EVERY spaceyard. 8) And I eventually build a spaceyard on EVERY planet, well, maybe not some of the tinies, but they just don't count, anyway. 8)

yes... stuff that should be changed in the game...

Each race's planets name should be known only by that race... Same with ship names...

Hopefully this will be addressed some time....

Because it is a huge flaw in the game.

I do it too, mainly as a reminder to myself that filled the planet's build queue.

Fear the squirrel.
