You literally have an infinite amount of resources, and will never run out, as the others have said.

Besides, those planetary value percentages are already in SI

They're just unitless numbers, something like Planetary Mineral PPB / Ratings-standard Mineral PPB

The bottom is the amount of minerals in the soil when the Galactic Facility Ratings Commission tests facilities to determine the number shown in the facility description.
