That's It!! However I did notice that the races were patched to P&N 3.0 under SEIV 1.60. Does that make a big difference than 1.78? Thanks.

I just tried to load all the races I put into the 3.1 file having modified them through the AI Patcher 2b and now it won't let me load any in the game setup screen. Any ideas?

Archangel: Could you be more specific? Are you trying to load .emp files? I think .emp files won't load if there is a different # of racial techs in the current mod than there were in the mod that the .emp was created in. I think.
Skulky: That is a catalog the Phantom Syndocate from the PBW game "P&N on PBW" publishes containing vessels/services they have for sale.
