For what is it is worth..., it is not called Spotted Dick anymore, but Spotted Richard. Likewise, Coq au Vin is now called "Chicken in Wine" and as for the traditional Kentish dish of Muff Pie (being beef in beer in a pie), you just dont see that served anywhere under that name anymore
