What's to stop you from simply mailing in your payment? Just fill out the form, and mark the pay by check option. Then you mail them your check. When it clears, they mail you the game. It worked for me...

I highly doubt the lady who answered the phone was rude, she has the patience of a saint (she's also the Presiden't wife ).

Anyway you can pay via check. Just order the game and send the check in. Once we process the check we can send the game.

Why not just get a return/receipt when mailing your check. Or set up a PayPal account Online, using your checking account. It is secure.
