WinSPWW2 on Mac M1 w Crossover app

Has anyone had any luck in getting this to work?
I used to run the app with VMWare Fusion just fine on Intel based macs but now on M class apple hardware I am stumped. Tried Crossover app with the free version of WinSPWW2 for testing and get errors.
Any help would be appreciated!
