Treaties

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever managed to go back to peace after a war, with an AI? I have had AI's surrender when the are down to their Last star system, but never agree to go to non-intercourse or some other treaty that preserved their independence. I guess they believe i Death Before Dishonor

Also has anyone EVER got an AI to agree to a Protectorate or Subjugation treaty?
