Speed Hovercraft ?

Probably on it already informed, but Hovercraft in WinSPMBT on roads speed in 100 km/h reach.

It probably to correct ?

Shouldn't a hovercraft's top speed on clear level terrain such as a road be close to its top speed on water? Max speeds for SRN.5/6 and BH.7 types for instance is easily around 100 km/h.
