Just checked. With "Too High", 30 fps with grass off, 2.7 - 4 fps with grass on. With Very High, 55 fps grass off, 30 fps grass on. Everything else runs at around 60 fps.

C2D E6600 2.4 GHz, ATI Radeon HD4870 512MB.
