No it doesn't. It still just has static phased and non-phased options. You can not have a weapon that can skip one class of phased shields, but is stopped by a second class. And then have another weapon that skips that second class, but is stopped by the third class. And then another weapon that skips the third class of shields, but is stopped by a forth class. Umm, Fryon..yes it does. You just add more at the end, eg:

Name := Phased weapon
Description := Skips non-phased shields.
Damage Defense 1 type:=Standard

Damage Defense 2 type:=phased 1
Damage Defense 2 amount :=-1
Damage Defense 3 type:=phased 2
Damage Defense 3 amount :=75
Damage Defense 4 type:=phased 1

Phased weapon 2
Description := Skips non-phased shields.
