Narf, you should definitively not trigger that button. I mean, you can still take over the world, making worldwide surgical tactical strikes a mistake. Only consider bombing the whole world if you are thoroughly defeated and cannot hope to turn the tables; if you cannot rule the world, then why should someone else?

Thanks Alneyan, it is good to be back. Yep, that is me - inventing multivalent solutions to bivalent problems and proponent of spurious logic. I may not win many games, but I keep people guessing.

I'm sorry Narf, but you know how it goes. You start with one city, then you cannot refrain from destroying another, you then argue that the world is just one big city, and in the end you eventually end up blowing up the whole universe.

On the other hand, you will be free to toy with your tactical weaponry (of slightly destructive potential) once you have managed to surrender the United States to the Extended Canada. Obviously, once other parts of the world fall under our enlightened rule, you shall have the power to organise fireworks in any part of the world that strikes your fancy. These displays of power will feature your usual weapons as usual.
