I've had some heroes get Heroic Obesity.    It was very useful for my Troglo Lord though! He became even larger, stronger and insanely hard to kill.

  Don't have a screenshot and not sure if I still have the game  to get it from.
 IIRC It gives a penalty to leadership, but bonus to MR and morale. Might affect mages slightly differently, was a Mound King who got it, I think.
 
 Quite bizzare considering it was Ashen Empire Ermor. Funnily enough, one of my guys got heroic obesity too. How does a walking skeleton get obese precisely?
