Default Pangaea national summons: Bug or WAD?

I've noticed that Pangaea's national summons (MA), while having holy levels, do not have the preach command available. This is even more weird because for all other purposes, e.g. casting holy spells in battle, they are holy all right. Is this a bug or Working As Intended?

WAD

The Carrion creatures are undead holy units and as such they cannot preach but do act as holy units in combat, including casting holy spells. They can reanimate manikins and carrion beasts, though.

You mean the vine creatures? That might be a hangover bug. I think they used to be unholy preachers but since that got removed from the game it might have broken half of their holiness. Kristoffer needs to glance at that. You might mention it (nicely please) in his motivation thread.
