Meglobob is right - I ordered it direct through Shrapnel. The exchange rate for the �-to-$ ($55 becomes �40 in my case) has never been better and trust me - the postage is well worth it for the manual alone - be glad Illwinter/Shrapnell have opted for a decent, well produced manual in stead of the annoying print-it-yourself PDFs that are ever so rampant these days. This is a thought provokinf strategic game that has TOW beaten for versatility and complexity - you NEED that manual to gain full value out of the game.

It arrived within 10 days here in the Netherlands.
