Actually 1pd of bandar is better than most 1pds out there, iirc. It's with values past 1pd that they suck.

As it is a noob thread, I can ask my silly questions.

I'm experimenting a early game SC, and I would like to know if etherealty and mistform stack.

Yep, they do. They do quite different things though - mistform limits damage to 1 point per hit, whereas ethereality means that 75% of attacks that would otherwise hit will miss. Neither work against magical weapons.
