Denisius, as I'm also from Israel, can you tell me which store you bought it from? (I might know it, so I can both:
a) Beware of buying games from them.
b) Confirm their existence and any bad reputation they might have. (If I know them, of course))
As for where you can get it legally, I bought it directly from Shrapnel Games' store. It took them a bit over a week to ship it. (that is, a bit over a week from shipment to delivery)

Ah, so it's one of them. Not surprising at all that you got an illegal copy then.
Nowadays I do most of my game-shopping from mediagame.co.il, they have the cheapest prices I've seen, and I much prefer having the game shipped over than actually getting out of the house (They also tend to have games much earlier then regular stores.)
