Do you recall if the hp loss is cumulative with additional seeking arrows the same turn? Also, does the hp damage carry over into an ensuing battle the same turn?

Would a high fire bless make the seeking arrow a flaming seeking arrow (assuming the caster wore a shroud)

Nope. Only the Death affliction chance transfers to spells, Fire Weapons and Death Weapons do not. KO was originally quite surprised to learn that it transferred at all.

Yes, HP loss is always cumulative because the healing phase comes near the very end of the turn sequence. The manual has the turn sequence listed somewhere in the middle.
