Yeah, impossible at the moment. As to your questions

Thus, the correct salutation would be

All hail KO, Lord of Dom3 Players, Patron of Gaming, Sword of Balanced Mods, He Who Gives Us New Nations, Master of Pantheons, Lord of Illwinter!

All hail JK, Lord of Dom3 Players, Patron of Gaming, the Diviner, Master Smith of the Code, He Who Maketh the Patch, Lord of Illwinter!

These salutations may be given in any order, but it is recommended that the salutation always be offered twice, with the stanzas of the invocation read in reverse order the second time around to avoid giving the impression of raising one Lord of Illwinter above the other and thus giving offense...
