				 Re: List of Spells?
Hven't tried the Poison Golem, but I'm not entirely sure they're comparable. The Golem has a poison aura, no? And is a singular entity, with steeper path requirements. Manifest Vitriol is only 2W+1F, and only requires 2 gems to cast.
I'd venture to say that really in most cases you can cast one or the other, you don't tend to get much choice between the two. |

There is a spell list, but it's not in the Dom3 DB. Look for the spell modding guide by DrPraetorious, that has the lists you need. |

				 Re: List of Spells?
The p.golem has banefire aura (which makes him a quite decent SC imho) - and I don't really remember why the hell did I ask that question, seems unappropriate (not to say stupid) to me too. Did I really ask that?
P.S. ok, I got it. In my last big game the vetriol was added by the patch when I was at the end already. I just gave a fast look at it and it seemed to me the same cost of the poison golem (which I was using intensively) - my mistake ^_^

				 Re: List of Spells?
What good is a Banefire aura as compared to a simple Fire Shield? Does it do Decay effect? A 5 AP Banefire attack (reduced by weapon length) is pretty pitiful in my book, but maybe I'm overlooking something.
 -Max

P.S. I'm not knocking REAL Banefire. 52+ AP damage is going to severely damage anybody (I laugh at your feeble 40 Prot!), but 5 AP is pathetic in spite of its ability to ignore fire resistance.

It's not negated by fire resistance. Obsoletes Army of Gold. |

Well if it stacks with a normal Fire Shield, then I'd guess that makes him an obscenely efficient chaff killer at least. |

Army of Gold should still work fine. 5 AP isn't going to get through 20 Prot very frequently.

				 Re: List of Spells?
Banefire Aura does give the Decay effect, on units striking the Poison Golem.

 | Sure, but the Decay is checked regardless if damage is dealt.

For those wondering, 5ap deals damage to 20prot about 5% of the time. Damage distribution is approximately equivalent to a spearman striking a heavy infantry. Not much, but what is against 20prot? |
