Default Re: Are there mod commands to do this?

1) You can copystats off of (for example) Praetorian Guards. There are several other units with injuries, like the Forge Lord and Allfather have specific injuries. #clearpath (undocumented) should make a unit not-a-pretender, but might also strip the injuries off, haven't used it in 3.08.
There's no documented command to do this from scratch.

2) Seemingly not, but it might just be undocumented. Add a request in the modder's wishlist if it's important to you.

3) Well, you can copystats the divine glyph and then shrink it. If you increased the move rate it wouldn't be immobile. However, it would have to be ethereal and fire-shielded, I believe, can't strip that off without removing the blinding counterattack as well.
#eyeloss causes attackers to lose eyes. Might actually be the same mechanic, whatever the docs say.
